We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients that showcase the best of the region, supporting local farmers, fishermen and producers along the way.
Our open grill kitchen lets you watch your meal being cooked over the flame. Each menu balances classic flavours with modern twists, from succulent meats to fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables.
